Shipping Policy (Worldwide)

Orders are processed within 12-15 days to be shipped.
Delivery time and shipping fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout or shared after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, payable by the customer. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

• Each piece goes through a quality check before dispatch. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
• No refunds or exchanges are accepted after the order is delivered.
• Refunds are issued only if the issue is caused by the company (e.g., incorrect or defective item), subject to verification.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
